Awesome photo booth in shoreditch

Ah soo relieved that my images came out. I am pretty pleased with them. Here are a couple of my favs. They seem quite de-saturated on the comp compared to the contact sheets, prefer them a little brighter in colour. 

I shot my final shoot yesterday. Went pretty well, I'm pleased with it. Lets just hope the films come back ok, fingers crossed.

my shoots on Wednesday. Scary. I think everything is in place pretty much. Have an amazing stylist who has been so much help and a great make up artist and hair stylist on board. only me left to mess it up really, lets hope i don't fluff up the hassleblad.

my sister is also having her baby today so everyone keep your fingers crossed that everything goes well.

Not much to report on the major project front. Had a tutorial today and just basically need to do a storyboard and finalise my location.

Reckon i'm going to do my dissertation first though, stressful times

Having a bit of a nightmare. Realised that my location isnt open until April. Have no idea where to shoot or what I want my pictures to look like. Really want to start again. I want some where with lots of windows, like really big windows with lots of natural light. any idea?

I am testing with Freddy from Models1 on Friday at my designers studio to see how she looks in the clothes. Hopefully it will all go ahead. If anyone knows any models with long blonde hair then let me know please, would be great.

Reckon I want to shoot at Wrest Park but it is only open at the weekends, hopefully models will be willing to do that. anyone know?

My mum just let me know about this awesome event this coming weekend (30th). It's Fri to Sun, run by STA travel. Has the travel photographer of the year exhibition which looks pretty cool and over 60 free talks. The talks are a range of peoples experiences, explorers, wildlife experts etc. There are some that will be great for me, how wildlife photog can influence conservation etc. Also tips on trips, gap year etc, its £6 advance tickets at the royal agricultural hall near victoria station.

Test shoot with Astrid from FM models

I have a test shoot tomorrow with a model from FM Models. Have never used a professional model before so it will be good experience. I've also emailed Wrest Park in Bedfordshire, it's near home and it's amazing so fingers crossed they'll let me use it for my location. I have also emailed a few models from modelmayhem and i'm just waiting to here back.

Tests on my Holga of my beautiful and helpful friend Kim. Really like the Holga and the film i used which is fuji pro 400. Need to test out another medium format camera and see which I like the best.

My progress isn't great on my lit review, about 1000 words down. Need to sort out dates for my FMP too so I can let the designers know. Not much to report really, i've tested my holga and my new mini diana to see how they turn out so we will see.

Also going to cut my hair off, new year new me as Gem said.
